Vendors

Applications for concessions at the Kinmount Fair in 2025 will not be considered until the spring. Please withhold your application until the new year.

The fair is held every Friday – Sunday of the Labour Day weekend. We recommend that vendors operate their concessions at least from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., however vendors are welcome to operate their concessions earlier or later than this time frame as they see fit. We do not supply any tents or tables.

    Enter only a number. DO NOT enter any other text. For example, if you have a 10ftx10ft tent, only enter "10", NOT "10x10" or "10ft", etc.

    Please note that it is the responsibility of the vendor named on this application to distribute all passes to their staff. Upon request, our staff can hold passes at the main gate for pick-up, if necessary. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

    All approved vendors are required to provide a certificate of insurance naming the Kinmount Agricultural Society as an additional insured. If you do not have liability insurance, we can connect you with affordable vendor insurance through Duuo. The application is completely online. Please indicate below if you need more information.

    Submission of this application is not a guarantee of concession space at the Kinmount Fair. Upon review, applicants will be advised of the status of their application, and if successful, will be provided with pricing and details on your concession space.
